Most couples book their stationery services around ten months to one year out from the big day. Due to design and production time, I recommend ordering at least six months in advance (any later and there may be rush fees).

Pricing will vary based on the quantity, printing method, and embellishments. On average, Beach City Creative couples invest between $1800 and $3750 on their stationery suite. 

I require an initial payment equal to 50% of the proposal to secure your date. Once your design is finalized, the remaining balance is due before printing and production begins. Day-of stationery items are invoiced separately; if you signed an invitation contract, no additional deposit is required.

How long does the process take?

Nope! Every couple is unique, and so is their stationery! You don’t have to fit into a pre-selected package, we’ll tailor your suite to suit you. I’m happy to discuss my most popular combinations, but we can adjust based on your wants and needs!

There is no quantity minimum - I love intimate elopement stationery as much as giant guest list extravaganzas. There is a $1000 order minimum (for digital print/foil stamp), and a $2250 minimum for letterpress/luxury print methods. 

Timing will vary depending on the project and print methods, but a good rule of thumb is 1-2 months for the design process and 1-2 months for production and assembly.

Time got away from ya? Last minute decision? Totally get it. I’m happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible, just know that there are some limitations. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee and clients are responsible for any additional expedited shipping or production charges from my vendor partners. 

One of the great things about working with me is that there are no separate design fees or assembly fees! 

One of my favorite parts of the process is putting all the pieces together and seeing your suite come to life! Assembly is included for all stationery suites. Your invitations will be assembled and stuffed into your envelopes, you just have to seal them, stamp them, and send them! I do not offer mailing services.

The most popular print method is digital. I also offer foil stamping, letterpress, embossing, thermography, and engraving. You can learn more about each method here.

Acrylic invitations are trendy, but they can be difficult and expensive to mail (and honestly, they are pretty horrible for the environment. If your heart is set on it, I’m happy to connect you with other stationers who offer acrylic designs.

Digital invitation designs are not a service offered at this time.

Yes! If you are a Beach City Creative couple, you’ll receive a sample package during the design process, which includes printed proofs and embellishment samples. If you’d like a sample package before signing, please submit an inquiry and I’ll email you an invoice for the cost ($33 plus free shipping!). If you decide to work together, you’ll receive a $33 credit on your stationery suite!
